The chair is great for my bad back. However, I wish ithad come with instructions to explain each of the various adjustment levers

Very pleased with this chair!

I sit for eight hours a day typing at my computer and have always had problems with my back and shoulders. Since I have gotten this chair, my back feels much better and the first time I sat in it, I could feel my shoulders relax with the support to my back from the chair. I am very happy that I finally decided to upgrade to a better chair!
