I'm 5'6"....
This chair is too large for me, and the back is not adjustable, you can't move it forward so you can sit nice and straight up in a proper sitting position.
This is supposed to be a task chair... the back is too wide, so when you are trying to sit ergonomically correct (straight up) you can't move your elbows back without hitting the back of the chair. So if you are using a mouse and moving it around and you move it backwards your elbow will hit the back of the chair.. not a good choice if you sit at a desk all day with in a proper sitting position. If you're over 6' tall it might work for you....
I'm returning it.
I'd use this store again, but I'd rather go to a store and sit in a chair and confirm it will work for me before the purchase.

I love this chair.
I paid roughly $200 for it, and it is worth the price. It was easy to put together, and feels and looks like a high quality desk chair. The casters are heavy duty and roll fairly easily on the shag carpet in my office. I got the leather seat, and am glad I did. The chair height adjusts easily, and the arms adjust easily up and down to either of 2 positions. It is comfortable to sit in, and the back reclines enough with the right amount of tension.
No buyer's remorse with this chair!

It's February 2011. My old office chair was well loved but had reached its end of days. I searched online with a fair amount of due diligence and fond this particular 'Leather Task Chair with AirGrid Back.' I like it a lot. It's stiff, keeping me in a comfortable position for office work or video gaming. But it also is oh so comfortable when I lean back to watch Youtube videos, iTune movies, or DVDs on my computer. Oh yeah, this chair and I are going to be best buds for the foreseeable future. It's the best thing I've bought for myself so far this year. The only reason I gave it a four star rating is because the chair doesn't have a massage feature.

Chair assembled exactly as instructions stated - an easy job. Love the support that the cushion gives. Would be happier if chair back rotated back farther, but overall, a very good chair for the money. Nice arms and wonderful web backing. Additionally, the seat is wide, not narrow, which I really appreciate. Arms adjust to above my desk, or to below my desk, as I wish. A good purchase.
