Good chair however seat could be a little deeper . There are no seat dimensions given so it's hard to compare before buying how it measured against my old chair. The handle on the height adjustment arm had a slight crack in it on delivery. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement seat mechanism . Great customer service!

Rec'd our new chair about a week ago and I have to say it is extremely comfortable and its not too bulky which I thought might be a problem. It wasn't, the chair is sturdy and gives great back support. Happy with the purchase.

I have been searching for an armless chair that is adjustable and would not hurt my back. I really didn't care about cost. I bought this chair because of previous reviews and the fact that it could be shipped back if it wasn't what I needed. The chair is very comfortable and much cheaper than others that I looked at.

We bought this chair for a petite woman in the office and it fits her fine. She says it's comfortable enough for her to sit in all day.
