I shopped around for chairs for quite some time. I found this chair online and reviewed the specs. They matched my requirements so I placed the order. The first shipment I received was for the incorrect managers chair. I put it together and sat in it, then discovered the height requirements were not what I needed. Returned the chair and received a new one (correct stool chair).
Jamie and another young lady assisted me and they were great. Excellent customer service and very apologetic for the mistake. I would recomment both the chair and company for purchases.

We use this chair for our desk security officers within a residence hall that has a counter height desk. This chair suits all sizes and has been a great hit. Students even test it out. It looks really classy, and is well worth the price at this point. We have a student who is 6'8 and he even thought it was comfortble. Very happy with our purchase, and hope that it lasts a long time.

I thought the chair I had previously was fine, but folks that fill in for me claimed it was junk and since receiving this chair, I heartily agree.
